Black & Blue
Black & Blue is a Belgian-style golden ale fermented with blackberries and blueberries. Because we dose Black & Blue with real berries -- rather than artificial flavoring -- the fruit comes through in the flavor, not just the aroma. The pureed berries are added as the beer leaves the brewhouse. In fermentation, the yeast -- the same one we use in Red & White and Pangaea -- feeds on sugars from the barley and the berries, giving Black & Blue a unique complexity and a high ABV.

Red & White
Red & White is a big, Belgian-style witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with pinot noir juice. After fermentation, a fraction of the batch is aged in one of our 10,000-gallon oak tanks.
Red & White successfully marries the refreshing citrusy qualities of a Belgian-style white beer with the robust complexity of a bold red wine.

IHB Wilmington
Bumblebee Hefeweizen Release!
Unfiltered Bavarian-Style Double Wheat beer brewed with 60 lbs of orange blossom honey, pale colored and medium bodied, yet complex with a distinctive yeast character. Produces a refreshing flavor of bananas and cloves.
ABV 8%
Seasonal F, $6/12 oz.

Mahollo, Apollo
A golden complex and refreshing summer wheat beer spiced with grains of paradise and lemongrass, fermented with 2 different yeast strains.
ABV 6.8%
Seasonal B, $6/pint

Belgian Witbier
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.
ABV 4.4%
Seasonal A, $5.50/pint

Can’t make it to the beach this weekend? Don’t worry, we’re bringing the beach to you! Iron Hill Wilmington is throwing a Wilmington Beer Week finale beach bash out on the deck with 2 Dogfish Head brews on tap, a special summer beer release from the Brewers of IHB Wilmington, and 2 types of Sangria.

Fun summer games, giveaways, and you may even see a lifeguard or two. This party is going all night with Chorduroy playing from 8:30pm til we have to kick y’all out. Put on your swimmies and grab the sun block, it’s going to be a Delaware Beach and Beer blast!
