My perfect pairing of a beer and one of our menu items would be New Belgium's Fat Tire with our Betty Boop pizza. I think everyone can agree that beer and pizza have been congenial partners since the beginning of time. With this pair, the toasty biscuit-like malt and flash fresh hop notes of Fat Tire are the perfect compliment to the sweet, yet slightly tart, taste of our chunky tomato sauce baked in with balsamic and perfectly finished with our creamy house made fresh mozzarella and snipped basil.
